We want you to love what you ordered — here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Go to Order History, select the order, and choose 'Return Item'. We'll email a free pre-paid return label within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Select 'Exchange' instead of 'Return' during the same process and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care items, and any item marked 'Final Sale' at checkout, cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
